What we won’t do is guarantee specific athletic outcomes or college placements. We believe anyone who does is being dishonest. College hockey opportunities result from the intersection of player development, academic achievement, and finding the right program fit. We guarantee a process that maximizes your potential within these realities, backed by decades of experience from the coaching perspective.

Parents are essential partners in this journey. We schedule monthly meetings specifically for parents to ensure alignment between player goals and family expectations. We also help parents understand their appropriate role in the process – when to step forward and when to step back. Our goal is to create a supportive family environment around the player’s development.

Throughout our 36 years of coaching, we’ve developed extensive relationships across the hockey world. Our network includes connections with:

-NCAA Division I and III coaching staffs across all conferences

-ACHA Coaches at various levels

-Junior hockey programs in the USHL, NAHL, and Tier III leagues

-Prep school coaches and administrators

-NHL and professional scouting personnel

However, we approach these connections differently. Rather than simply “making calls” on a player’s behalf, we leverage these relationships to help families understand program expectations, identify appropriate targets, and prepare for effective communication. Our network provides valuable insight and context, but we believe lasting opportunities come from players building their own authentic relationships rather than relying solely on third-party introductions.
